Michael FrancisPneuvay offer as part of their support to industry the services of accredited staff as consultants on projects in the defined areas of Pneuvay experience. This is available on an hourly rate hire or otherwise can be determined by agreement. Many of these projects are confidential assessments with the Intellectual property staying with the client.

BACKGROUND TO THE TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE OF THE PNEUVAY STAFF

Michael Francis is a principle of the organisation with more than 30 years technical experience in Pneumatic conveying. He is the author of a number of papers and consultancy reports over his career. Many of Australia’s largest companies have used his services. A practical and Graduate Engineer he is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Pneuvay Engineering provides a range of services generally throughout Australia although much recently on a more global market. Rio Tinto, BHP Nestle, Mars and other major Australian companies use Pneuvay as accredited engineering auditors.

  • Providing equipment and Engineering consultancy to ALS (various sites)
  • Provided technical advice and on site support at Boyne Smelters Gladstone
  • Investigated and reported efficiency issues at Rio Tinto Bellbay.
  • Provided vacuum systems and equipment to RTA Bellbay
  • Provided Consultancy and engineering reports to Rio Tinto Yarwun
  • Provided Worley Parsons with engineering services on a number of projects
  • Provided recommendations to Nestle at their Pet food plant Blayney
  • Investigated and reported on conveying problems at Marsterfoods Ballarat.
  • Investigated and provided assessment of 3km pneumatic conveying system at Razer NSW
  • Provided report on blowers for Queensland Nickel
