Rio Tinto (Pilbara Iron) recently commissioned Pneuvay Engineering to design and supply a mobile vacuum unit, the end result was a 5' x 8' tandem trailer complete with an LTV100 blower, industrial compressor and a recieval skip dust collector arrangement. Pneuvay also incorporated a VSD drive for the blower to switch between 2", 3" & 4" vacuum outlets all incorporated in the unit.

This mobile unit has been operating on site at the Pilbara mine without fault.

Some of the features included:

• Able to be used for light, medium or heavy duty vacuuming
• No requirement for compressed air on site
• Skip is able to be removed & emptied using a forklift
• Overall weight less than 3000kg
• Overall height less than 2500mm
• Storage compartments for all tools, hoses and elctrical cable
• integrated control panel and control logic
