Pneuvay recently supplied BCSC a complete set of AS400 and AS300 airslides for their Waurn Ponds Cement Mill

The airslides were designed according to Pneuvay’s traditional cement airslide technology, which included low transport angles, high rates and efficient power consumption.

The airslides provided over 70m conveying length at an angle of 5.5 deg and is capable of rates in excess of 200tph.

The Pneuvay airslides are delivered in standard 3m lengths for easy installation. The airslide covers are designed for exterior installation and the fabric bed is 4.5mm thick polyester.

Pneuvay’s experience in airslide design enables them to compensate the width and depth of the slide against shallow angles of slide.
