Pneuvay Engineering's Heliflow is an ideal means of conveying powders and granules from a hopper. It operates by means of an open pitch spring which rotates within a flexible nylon tube. This spring is directly connected to a motor (attached at the discharge end). The product in the hopper is loaded into the hopper where it flows into the path of the helix. This then conveys the product along the length of the tube.

Our Heliflow is available in two (2) Spring models. These are the T4 H3 (57mm I.D.) and the T7 H3 (66mm I.D.). Choose from any of the two to suit your product and required flow rates.
Standard capacities are 80 and 140 litres and is available in other shapes and sizes on request.
We offer three (3) types of electric motor: fixed speed, variable speed, and geared motor. All of these motor sizes are to suit all applications. Contact us to learn more about these.
Our Heliflow can convey at rates up to 3m3 per hour.
We offer customers choice of either mild steel or stainless steel.
This is available in any length.
